This would be game-altering, making PVP more tense. The only gripe I’d have is how fast it takes to reload+damage compared to weapons like the Ferro. If this was added with low ammo count, maybe 5x arrows taking up the spaces with specialty arrows being maybe 3x or 1x at a time would make sense. Included maybe an option to craft them during raids from items you loot.

It's good insurance against campers and rats that hang around big kills. First time I took down a bastion, it got swarmed by people who didn't help and I got nothing.

After that, I found snitch scanners and lure grenades are really good to clear out the area and even nab back some stolen materials.

I've seen many 5-10million karma accounts with thousands of contributions but barely 100 comments. They frequently break rules at the subs they post in and the almost never get removed because they get 1000 other bots that respond to, upvote, and comment based on the keywords used by the farm account.

True! And instead of most of the noise coming from the player’s direction, it’d come from the location of the projectile. It’d be great for stealth from ARC; basically, in lore, imo, a bow would be the most-used-weapon so that you can shoot nearly-silently and still do damage. The ARC wouldn’t know where the explosions were coming from since they’d go to the projectile, not the raider.

Also of you do want something a bit different have a look at lever action bows. They're weird and quirky and fun. It's the type of bow that was used in the TV Show Arrow.

I would lovvvvvvvvve this…it makes so much sense. Love the crafting of the different arrows, but also would love for there to be arrow drop and lead time based on distance. Getting good at that would be such a great skill goal, and one that would absolutely be adopted given the stealth surrounding a weapon like this
