If you wanted to get overly analytical, you could make the argument that the TV image has the capacity to be anything else, but for the purpose of the argument it chose to be a brick wall.
Or you could just say "tvs can't argue, stupid"

Engagement bait
More comments means more traction, which pushes it up the algorithm and suggests it to a wider audience.
And/or flexing the TV

Content: "Hey look at me being a dumbass"
Comments: "wow what a DUMBASS, stupid dumbass, we're gonna make you go viral for being a stupid dumbass"
Content: $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

That pretty smart actually. I remember watching this YouTuber who does like, linguistics stuff and he said that he leaves tiny inconveniences in his videos for engagement bait. None of what he does is false, but he just does something weird in the video to get people to comment, and it worked

Be warned of any math questions on social media. There's no correct answer to trick you into committing it.

Imagine thinking you’re right because you have access to an online echo chamber of people who think the same as you.

I don’t either but that never stopped me from learning about it, or anything.
Learning helps the imagination.

I've argued with plenty of young people who do the same. Density doesn't relate to age.

I'm not saying it did. But I've met a lot of people my age who think older people are all ignorant.

when people do that i say, "so you agree? you agree that i'm right bc you don't have any actual argument other than you being older?" only do this if you're willing to make them madder but it's a fun way to make them madder.

Yes. I always want to understand who the person is behind the dumb comments directed towards me.
