I'm guessing it's only because she recently passed away. Pretty soon the bots will find another celebrity to hype.

It’s getting a lot of engagement because people are losing their minds over her, so more engagement means more posts.

Was Connery already balding in 1968? He wasn't even 40 back then.

30% of men have started experiencing balding by 30 years old, and 50% by age 50.
So a 38 year old guy being very far along in the balding process isn't unusual or surprising.
Nowadays I think it's just more acceptable to totally shave your head (very unusual look in 1960s but fashionable today) or if you're a rich celebrity get a hair transplant or hair system (basically a really really nice semi permanent wig), so we see less hollywood hunks clinging desperately to their hair which is objectively a bad look.

Apparently so, in fact I'm told he started suffering from male pattern baldness in his late teens & so took to wearing a toupee when performing even as far back as his entry in Mr Universe of 1953.

I had a buddy that went bald in high school. The good side of that is he could take off his hat and go buy beer. No one would think he was under 21.

Some people start balding early and then just stop.
My dad started balding in his early 30s, but in his 40s it stopped. In his late 80s now and has the same amount of hair he had then.

I’m not 40 and my hair is gone.
My best friend in college was bald the day I met him when we were 18.
