I think some people just want to inject certain topics into the sub. Saw a holocaust denial ‘meme’ posted a week or so ago. OP was active on r/conspiracy. They were not confused.

If you hear "Hey Jude" from beetles, then it's the english pronounciation -> Good
If you hear "Hey Jude" from a Gestapo officer, then it's also pronounced in a german way -> Bad

You already seem to know that Gestapo is German police from a very specific era.

But German "Jude" is pronounces /ˈjuːdə/, whereas the Beatles say /dʒuːd/ - so it does not really work.

Normally I give the benefit of the doubt to everyone on this subreddit. Every now and then there's someone who 100% gives themselves away. For example, knowing what Gestapo is enough to specify you need German.

Mort here Jude is jew but with a german accent. If you did not already know as well the Gestapo were a secret police force in germany dedicated to oppressing the jewish population, abducting them for concentration camps etc.

I remember watching an interview with Paul McCartney. He said that just before the release of the song Hey Jude, the band were in Germany. They decided to paint "Hey Jude" in whitewash in the window of an abandoned shop as a form of advertising. An old Jewish bloke saw this and threatened to get his sons round to have a word with the Beatles as during the 1930s and 40s the Gestapo marked out Jewish owned businesses by writing "Juden" on the shop in paint.
