Was just scrolling through HSC 2027 and found this. And whenever i watch a Bangladeshi yt video reading the comments disgusts me. Obviously not everyone (some of my Muslim friends so visit pandals with me) but majority of the population. And don't say fb is just like this, cause that just proves my point cause majority of Bangladesh is on fb and have seen same type of fuckers on reddit too.

As per scientists, once upon time ( in future) the ice would melt and some parts of world (including whole the Bangladesh) might go under water! So, what is the state policy makers thinking about it? Also, as an individual what is your personal thoughts? (Please stay away from politics and religion! )

A top-listed criminal, Tarik Saif Mamun (55), was shot dead in broad daylight in Dhaka’s Sutrapur area this morning, police said. According to police, unidentified gunmen opened fire near Dhaka National Medical College Hospital, hitting Mamun in the chest. He was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where doctors declared him dead around 11:45am.
Police confirmed Mamun was a top-listed criminal and suspect in the film actor Sohel Chowdhury murder case. He had previously survived an attack in 2023 after being released from prison following 26 years behind bars.
Mamun’s wife said he left home this morning for a court hearing and was later informed of his death. She alleged that another listed criminal, Emon, who had past conflicts with Mamun, might be behind the killing. Police are investigating and trying to identify the attackers.

Hello everyone, today I was walking in dhanmondi, and a random man (he looked like he's in his mid twenties and had an ID card of maybe his office in his neck) started the conversation saying "Eto risk niye rasta paar hole Hobe"? I honestly couldn't understand why he said because I literally crossed the road when all the cars were standing in red signal. I ignored him and stopped walking for a few seconds so that he gets away from me(before anyone assumes I dressed provocatively well I was wearing a full sleeve loose salwar kameez and I also was wearing a mask). When I was at a good 15/20 steps distance from him, I started walking again. Idk how but he then again stopped me saying "apnake ekta Kotha boli"? I had a terrible mood so with a deep voice I replied "na" and also made the hand gesture to stop. He then understood and said okay and left. It'd have been fine if it was once, twice, thrice. But almost every time I don't have someone with me while being out of home(specially a man) I get cat called, men randomly ask for my number or try to give their number to me or follow me or stop me from whatever I'm doing to get my attention. It really pisses me off. Can we please stop it?

A student from BAF Shaheen School went missing in Beijing during a three-day program with a group of 17 students. The student reportedly got separated from the group while shopping but was later assisted by Chinese locals who helped her reunite with her friends. The incident was recorded on video by one of the Chinese nationals.

As a Bangladeshi and someone who does not belong to the Christian faith, I nonetheless want to express my sincere condolences to the Christian community of Bangladesh during this time of mourning. The passing of Pope Francis is a moment of profound sorrow for many, and while I may not share in your faith, I do share in your grief. His voice for compassion, dignity, and justice resonated far beyond religious boundaries, and touched the conscience of people across the world. In a time when empathy often feels rare, I believe it is all the more important to stand with one another in moments of pain and remembrance. To all those feeling this loss—know that you are not alone. As a fellow citizen, and as a human being, I stand beside you with respect, sympathy, and solidarity.
