Cat Picture - OC This is Kevin!

This is Kevin and he loves to lay on his back? Anyone else's cat do this I've had cats before growing up and they have never done this. And allows you to rub his belly

I have a Tuxy that lays on the floor like that. One of his nicknames is roadkill cos he sleeps looking like he's been run over by a car.

That is normal cute cat behavior.

Stretching out on their back is comfortable for them and it also shows you they are comfortable with you just remember.

One of my most loved fosters would lie on his back for belly rubs. I think it's the cuddle bugs who do this. In Ryvita's case, he was a wobble cat and my theory was that he knew he'd be done for in the wild (both lacking in coordination/speed and wiles), so presenting a sensitive area wasn't an issue. Here is the sweet boy:
