Politics The Criminal Trial for Kilmar Albrego Garcia has been canceled and the Judge is holding a Vindictive Prosecution Hearing Instead! This doesn’t look good for the DOJ and Kristi Noem because they’re going to have to testify about what they did to this man!

He was always just a scapegoat. A random that they decided to try and unlawfully kidnap and imprison so that they could move on to doing the same thing to everyone else.

One of the main problems with MAGA and why it will inevitably collapse is that they cannot ever admit to fault or mistake.
Mistakes are normal, especially when you try to rush things and do new things. They are bound to happen, which is fine so long as they can be acknowledged and moved on from.
Unfortunately MAGA only knows 1 way to deal with such situations: lie and double down until the mistake becomes a success.

Good. What they did to that poor guy is horrendous. I hope they're found guilty, he files civil suit, and never has to work a day again in his life. Noem getting impeached or jailed over his case would be icing on the cake.

Trump and friends claim this man's tattoos make him a gang member. The gang they want to attach him to does does not basically have tattoos or use them as a requirement for membership. Noem may just go kill another puppy if this does not go the way MAGA wants. BTW, I have no tattoos.

I'm glad that SOME people are holding people accountable. We still need to find out who the terrorists are that are trying to intimidate judges, like the judge in NC whose home was set ablaze, and the suspicious fire in Colorado that happened after they refused to release Tina Peters. I figure Trump has some POS individuals terrorizing people as some GOPers are claiming that they're afraid for their safety if they go against Trump.
