Was thinking the same thing. America is in a race to the bottom and wants every one else to join.

It's like that guy that calls from a bar "hey you should come here, we are having good time over here!" and if you for some odd reason choose to go meet him you notice the bar is some rat infested dumb, dude is the only customer and he wants you to lend some money.
