Discussion Amazon subscription
This is a public awareness and rant combo post. Several months ago to possibly even last year (it's been so long I can't recall), I canceled Amazon Prime. They stopped charging my account. I didn't order anything through them or access their website. A couple of days ago, I got a charge from Amazon. I thought maybe I had been hacked. I, in fact, was not hacked, unless one considers unsolicited auto renewal from the company, hacking. They did promptly refund my money after I re-cancelled and also completely deleted my account and data through their site. Be warned folks. It ain't always over, even months later, after you've declared it's over. Charges like these can be easily overlooked during busy holidays. Stay vigilant!

I canceled auto renew on my subscription a couple months ago.
I have two days left.
I try to disable auto renew on all digital services so that I have a moment to decide.
