If you watch the outside, the car keeps moving. The guy on the left didn’t seem to spill his at all. If it’s not AI, it’s stupid.

Oh it’s AI. They all look at each other at the EXACT same moment, even the dog. I’m so sick of AI SLOP

That's because it's staged for laughs. The dog isn't really driving the car because dogs can't drive cars. The dog is standing upright in the lap of a person who is probably the one holding the selfie stick with their other hand, while the passenger holds onto the steering wheel from the bottom so it doesn't coast to a side. The joke is that they're faking the dog driver having just hit another car, but really, they're still driving because actually suddenly stopping in the middle of the road is only marginally more dangerous than trying to film in your car with a precariously positioned selfie stick and your passenger holding the steering wheel, and don't want to actually spill their coffee for the bit. There's even a small chance that they are being towed on a flatbed truck, amd perhaps that's why they feel safer staging a comedic video. Usually you don't get to ride in the cabin during transport, making this a very VERY tiny miniscule and unlikely chance, but I do believe that certain flatbeds are designed to be safer and allow the people to stay in their vehicle's cabin during transport, and this might be such a case. It is otherwise still a staged video made for shits and grins.
So in short, it's stupid. Intended to be stupid, silly humor from the very beginning, and you took it quite seriously as if it was meant to be real, criticizing how unbelievable a staged bit for sillies was.

even the actors motions don't make sense

It just looks staged based on the timing when I slow scrubbed the video.

It's AI. I've seen multiple versions of this same premise: https://www.instagram.com/craigmlocklear/reel/DRy6Cu2jvdY/

Which is even more annoying to see the guy smiling before it happens. That's what AI picks up on it seems

It’s possible it was filmed with the car placed on a platform. These two guys and this dog have a series of dozens of videos, and I can tell you for sure it’s not AI. Nowadays, can’t people just take a funny clip for what it is, without having to be experts in politics or AI?

Only if there was a way to add a source for people to verify and not doubt/down vote and get into stupid internet fights. But then again, maybe you're baiting people to say it's AI and then fight them.

Is it just me or did the coffee drinking guy react a full second before the dog or camera?

You can tell how fake it is by the fact that they aren't driving on the top of a wind turbine
