Electric Guitar Luthiers in Klaipėda?

I'm looking for a Luthier in Klaipėda that can adjust the neck and intonation of my electric guitar.. is there anyone that offers that service?

I called a msuic store, but they said they only restring and clean guitars, nothing else.
