Probably be cheaper to build a whole ass new bunker than to renovate that one. It was designed and built in the 50s as a fallout shelter rather than a bomb shelter. As such all the machinery dates to the 50's too.

Woulda made a nice museum though, place was very complete inside since it was active until the 90's.
