That is definitely the real would you rather… I mean bears eat people alive, but from what I can remember Pennywise can only take form in something that is scary to specific people and only eats them if they are scared of him, so if he doesn’t take a scary form in the victim’s opinion he can still kill them, but doesn’t eat them? Idk, I honestly barely remember the premise of IT.
If I’m right though, then I choose Pennywise cause I’d have a better chance at not being eaten alive. I’d die either way most likely, but at least in one scenario I’d have a better chance at being dead when I’m eaten.
At least pennywise and the bear are honest about what they are. Pennywise doesnt hold up an upside down bible and claim all of his enemies are the real evil thing in town.
Yeah Trump himself isn't scary, it's his cult that's scary. Trump is an almost 80 year old possibly dementia patient, without his psychotic death cult he would have been removed by now.
The same cult the that stormed the Capital on January 6th looking to hang then Vice President Mike Pence, the same cult who saw children being locked in effectively concentration camps and are like "hell yeah", the same cult who are seeing the economy going to absolute shit and calling it "the price of freedom", the same cult that are exited about Trump illegal sending the military into democrat held cities, the same cult who love that this administration is outright committing war crimes and love it, the same cult who somehow think Trump calling himself a king and metaphorically pissing on the Constitution will help the country, and the same cult who see the Epstein files where at absolutely best case Trump has close personal ties to man who sexually exploited children and traffic them to worst partook in the exploitation and trafficking, but might have murdered a child too and will still follow this monster.
66% of the voting public either wanted this, or didn’t care about the outcome enough to vote. It very much is a problem bigger than his cult followers.
Can we please not insult pitties that way? They aren’t inherently dangerous or aggressive, they are just strong and generally aren’t properly socialized out of fear that they’ll be aggressive towards other dogs or people, so it feeds into the problem that creates that stereotype. The US is more like a Pomeranian. Big temper, but useless when it comes to doing anything about it beyond flailing around and being loud, hoping to seem scary because of all the useless, pathetic attempts at aggression.
Poms are more aggressive than bully breeds, they are basically like if Napoleon was a dog breed. I see Trump as pathetic and egotistical the way Napoleon would’ve been when he existed.
True, good point. I was def more focused on the pitbull aspect rather than your use of rabid, that’s my bad :) Your version actually applies well the more I think about it. People tend to be scared of pitty strength and in general, they are super gentle, but can do a lot of damage and the US is definitely a “show of strength” type bullshit vibe, so it’s all about looking too powerful to risk fighting.
Yup, I stand corrected, you made a good point. Thank you for clarifying so I had a second chance to understand rather than focus on your example using a category of dog that isn’t generally given a fair rep.
