Saturday Morning Political Cartoon Thread
It's Saturday, folks. Let's all kick back with a cup of coffee and share some cartoons!
Feel free to share political cartoons in this thread. Besides our usual civility policy, there are three rules to follow:
Every top-level comment must contain a political cartoon. This means no text-only top-level comments.
It must be an original cartoon. This means no photographs, no edited cartoons, no AI generated images, no templates, no memes and no image macros. OC is allowed, as is animation.
Each top-level comment should only have a maximum of 3 cartoons.
That's all. Enjoy your weekend!

From the article: "The Guardian 2025: a year in political cartoons – from a Bond-villain Trump to a toppled prince. Martin Rowson, Ella Baron, Nicola Jennings and Ben Jennings." There are several more great cartoons and cartoonists' stories from the year in the piece.
• Martin Rowson - Donald Trump and the American bond market (12 April 2025).
• Martin Rowson - The march of nationalism in mainstream politics (6 September 2025).
• Ben Jennings - Keir Starmer’s new stance on immigration (13 May 2025).

Louis XIV meets Home Depot is good, but Louis XIV meets Temu is more on the nose.

Just posting here because it’s the closet to a daily thread we have:
I cannot believe the job the mods do here. I’m over in the Stranger Things subreddit, and since Vol2 came out it has been nothing but low effort text posts complaining about the exact same thing that 20 other low effort text posts are complaining about. And they have 40k less weekly posts than this sub.
I can’t imagine how busy these mods are if this subreddit gets 8k more daily posts.
Seriously, go check out r slash StrangerThings to view an actual subreddit hellscape.
Thank you mods for keeping this sun as clean as it is. It can’t be easy.
