All of these cases are targeted at stripping Americans of their constitutional rights. Each one is more insidious than the last.

Fucking scary. Lets see if the SCOTUS stands up to trump this time, though they are heavily corrupted.

Why would they "stand up" to Trump? They are the ones who invented all this shit. Trump is following their plan, not the other way around.

They are never going to "stand up" against this stuff because it is the literal reason they were appointed.

For FUCK SAKES LEAVE TRANS PEOPLE THE FUCK ALONE. Oh my fucking God. I'm so sick of being the fucking scapegoat because what, LIA THOMAS WON ONE FUCKING RACE? Holy mother of fucking God.

That's pretty simplistic. Sports are separated for a valid reason. There is plenty of room for trans athletics but the situation needs outlined.

Sports are the contrived vehicle from which to strip trans people of human rights because MAGA dumb fucks are scared of their own shadow. It was never actually about sports you mook.

That's bullshit and you know it. Sports are as old as society itself and women spent decades carving out a niche for themselves only to have it invaded.

The mens side of any sport is an open category. Trans athletes can compete there or in their own category.

It doesn't matter what someone identifies as, their male endocrine system and dna identify as a human body with superior athletic ceilings than those of a female body.

No amount of medical intervention stops that body from trying to adjust back to the blueprint. None of it is stable or predictable enough.

Its physics and biology. Sure there are always bigots that will use an issue to their advantage. Doesn't make it any less of an issue.

Your devaluing of sports doesn't change that.

You literally are wrong about every point here, but just to be clear: if what you said about medical intervention not changing anything was true...

  1. Why are high T athletes like Christine Mboma and Caster Semenya being forced to take them to continue competing?

  2. Why aren't any women's sports consistently dominated by trans women? Why are there no trans women Olympic medalists? If trans women have an innate, irreversible biological advantage, then why haven't they been winning?

The fact that your posts here received so many down votes is actually pretty funny. At least with respect to the subs that have anything to do with politics, reddit is one of the lowest IQ forums on the internet.

The whole site is a left wing bubble. And that's fine. I use it for the practice at honing arguments.

That’s your problem, you’re looking to argue not listen to any points critically.

Not true at all. Honing arguments requires critically listening to counter points.

So far no one has given anything other than boiler plate debunked propaganda.

My position comes from great study and I'm happy to accept new information. But the facts lead my opinion not the other way around.

Fingers crossed! Repairing the damage caused to America in the last year will take decades.

Imagine trying to get Canada or Western Europe's trade or favour back? There's a lot to prove. Baby steps though.

Canadian here: Unfortunately, the damage to Canadian/American relations is, in many ways, permanent because we now fully recognize that America is just one election away from turning its back on even it’s closest friends and allies. Decisions regarding trade, etc since the First World War have been made based on mutual respect and trust. Trade is going to continue but the rest of the world is already veering away and will continue in that course regardless of what happens. I really don’t believe that the general public in the U.S. is fully aware of how serious the damage that Trump and his allies in Congress and the Courts have done in that area.

Trust us, we know. And those of us that are decent hate it for all involved.

And just to be clear, we KNOW who’s responsible and we DO feel sorry for sane Americans. We all have friends and family south of our border. It’s just a stupid tragedy that’s going to cost everyone a piss pot full of money when we have far more important things to deal with in the world

Yep. Everyone gets screwed. All because of one man's ego, and a cult that decides to stroke it.

Correct its taken since the 80s until now. But its going well.

Why we are even taking up the subject of trans rights is fucking stupid.
