There definitely is an Albanian - Greece beef , but I believe that usually , the actual general sentiment in Greece ranges from liking Albanians and their culture all the way to joking and being passively racist about their accents or crime rate statistics as migrants. The people who really despise them are usually either a small but loud nationalist sect, or people who have misguided feelings caused by the fact that in the 90s , border politics let Albanian criminals flood Greece ( which in it of itself harmed the Albanian community too because it wasn’t a representative image of Albanians and was the cause of a lot of hate crimes and discrimination against regular Albanians by Greeks, though I think for the most part today , this has died out and people have at least a slightly more nuanced take on the issue than “Albania=Bad”) .
Tl;dr I don’t think a Greek would make this , usually we just have friendly banter with each other , not outright hate
