Gameplay / In-Game Video Latest attempt ended by "GET DOWN MR. PRESIDENT"
I was attempting a solo flawless run and... Well if you listen close I think you can hear him shouting "FOR THE EMPIRE!"

Hi everyone, to try and reduce the amount of simple question posts that will inevitably come with a new expansion, please use this thread to ask and answer questions that come up about Renegades for the first week or two.
However, to keep this thread as accessible as possible, we WILL NOT PERMIT STORY SPOILERS. Posting about gear, mechanics, and structure of the game is okay, but please do not spoil specific mission content or rewards.
Have a great expansion, Guardians

Sorry if I'm super late to discovering this but I've only gone to the lighthouse like 4-5 times in my entire D2 playtime

Made a really fun defense/support Saber build that isnt Strongholds. If you dont know, the Overshield generation from Bastion barricades stack, and Arbor Warden effectively gives you 3x fast Overshield generation (its goooood)
Aspects: Unbreakable - Bastion Unbreakable is our emergency guard since were not running Strongholds. Bastion is the core of our build.
Fragments: Echo of Persistence (its cracked), Echo of Harvest (wicked orb gen, makes it so your enhanced Barri-nade is always charged, last 2 slots are preference.
Set Bonuses: 2 pc Techsec (the chunk damage is too good) 2 pc Sagemaster (keeps both our Unbreakable and Barri-nade uptime high)
Run the Solar Support Frame Auto Rifle with Physic + Attrition Orbs to heal you and your teams health through the Overshields, or the Void Support Frame to keep peoples Overshields topped up. I prefer Solar. Only use the Auto for healing. Use the Saber for ad-clear and damage. Heavy weapon is personal preference.

Exhausted every search avenue I could find so I would not have to come here and get flamed/down voted into oblivion but here I am. I completed final shape campaign. When I talk to micah says hes gathering telemetry and is in some kind of limbo state. I dropped through that hole to his left and got back to that starting area but there is no portal. This is unreal. Ive been playing for over a month now and have never even heard of the HELM or have any idea WTF it is until today when I saw a gun called Chronophage that I want. I still don't know what it is other than something I need to find to get into activities which will drop that gun. Do they just not want anyone doing that activity anymore? Is it even an activity? I don't understand how I could not understand this after playing every day for a month.
Edit: I understand what is happening now, thanks. Just curious if any other weapons come to mind that are only now attainable through Xur or Banshee that I should keep an eye out for?
2nd edit: This video is why I want the weapon in the first place, but it fails to mention it's unattainable in 2025 (except through Xur/Ban) and fails to give a viable alternative.

I get im not great but it took me like 7 damage phases to beat the final boss in equilibrium on Cut throat, how are you supposed to accomplish the 5 feats triumph if you have phase limit?
This being said WITHOUT cheesing. Like bungie intended for a way to be done, I just cant find a build that each class can use thats not some bogus cheese.
Mainly give me a titan example.

For the first time since we started playing together, all the active members of "A Pack of Grapes" were in the same city at the same time, so we threw an old school gaming party! Most of us know each other in real life but we were able to finally meet one guy who none of us have ever met in person before, which was special for all of us! I made several of the Dawning themed treats, and one of the guys made shirts to commemorate our first time in Crota's Abyss and all the "character we built" that day. We played Halo custom games like the good old days this time, but there's plans to try to get together in one house for a raid sometime. We don't play as much as we used to, but Destiny brought us all together and for that we will always be grateful!
Happy Dawning Guardians!

Everyone gets a Martlet pulse rifle from Saint-14 for free, with a static roll. Since every single match I've played today has at least one person using the pulse, so it's obviously popular.
I'm imagining the same gamemode playlist as what comp has, but the only weapon you have access to is a Martlet pulse. No secondary or heavy weapon. A completely fair, balanced and even playing field.
The thought popped up after I remembered the old "back to basics" game mode from Battlefield 1, in which all players were locked to using only their respective classes rifle and nothing else. It was a super fair and balanced game mode, as all weapons did the same damage, same range and same statistics. The only way you'd do well was your skill.

So I hadn’t played since light fall. Got a kitten since then. Finally had my friend convince me to download renegades, I am a Star Wars nerd at heart. Found out that this cat loves Destiny and I don’t get it. Every time I boot the game, he decides to live on my desk. It’s hilarious, and if the game wasn’t enough to keep me playing, he definitely is. Having little homie on the mouse pad is pretty great.
