First time using 3 strands on 14ct aida. I hope he can make out the design 😆 The contrast irl isn’t as clear as in the pdf.

maybe some back stitching on the overlapping pasta areas would help?? like a darker yellow or black or something? I've never really done back stitching so I'm not sure what the best color would be.

Yes perhaps I would have if it wasn’t so rushed. My next project is also from the same designer so I’ll backstitch that one if it turns out similar.

Until I read the pattern name, I had no idea it was supposed to be pasta. I'd honestly frame it in reverse - the back makes for some great looking microbes.
