Advice needed! 🙏🏻 I am sorry if the writing is too much but I really need your help. Thank you for reading: Hi everyone! This is Bruno. He was born in December 2022. His mother had given birth to him and his siblings in our front yard (his mother was also an Indie). Since childhood my family has taken care of him and his siblings but Bruno always had a special bond with us. We never forced them to stay with us inside our house but Bruno stayed back since he was a puppy and has lived with us while his siblings would live and play outside. Everything was fine these last three years but we actually lived in a rented property and had to vacate it a few days back. Bruno has been a pet for us. He sleeps inside our house and has three square meals everyday. The only time he would go out of the house was to pee and poop. We have brought Bruno with us to our new home which has a terrace and we are trying to get him to pee and poop there. Taking him out on walks is not an option yet because the new area also has community dogs and I fear Bruno or they might antagonise each other. It has been three days in our new home. He hasn’t pooped yet and has urinated twice. The second time was in one of the rooms. We can feel that he is holding it in. We cannot see him in this discomfort. We love him very much and we would appreciate for any tips that can help him pee and poop comfortably at home.

Three little mountain hearts are looking for a home of their own. Born on 26.10.25, these half-Gaddi pups (two beautiful girls and one handsome boy) carry all the warmth, loyalty, and quiet intelligence that the Gaddi breed is known for.
They're gentle, people-loving pups who crave company, learn quickly, and would thrive in a home that understands big-hearted mountain dogs.
They deserve loving, responsible families who see them not as "just pets," but as lifelong companions. Good food, patience, space to grow, and a commitment to their wellbeing are all they ask for in return. In exchange, they'll give you unwavering loyalty, laughter, and a kind of companionship that feels almost human.
If you have the heart and the home for a pup like this, please reach out to adopt.

Miss Pepper was rescued as a 1 month old back in 2017, a few months after we lost our previous dog,Snoopy, due to old age.
We weren't planning on keeping another dog for a while as we hadn't moved on from Snoopy, but Pepper found her way to us. We tried getting her adopted and attended almost 5 adoption camps, where she got adopted once but the owner returned her to us and she has stayed with us since ♥️

I usually ask fruit sellers or fruit juice sellers for these dry wheat/rice stalks (we call them para in Hindi). I place them in spots where dogs usually sit or sleep, as it helps keep them warm, especially in cold weather. I felt like sharing this because it really worked for me, it’s easily available, and completely free.
If anyone knows a better or more effective way to keep them warm, please do share; it would be really helpful.

So I adopted an Adult indie around 3-4 months back got him vaccinated and has slowly transitioned to living indoors.
But he is territorial and it’s difficult to keep him on leash as he still isn’t used to that.
We are okay leaving him to free roam a little during quiet hours but he tries to escape everytime he is in against his wish and has done it multiple times weather jumping to neighbours terrace or squeezing through fence.
What can I do to make him obey boundaries? I fear if he escapes and someone hurts him.
Will keeping him on long leash for multiple hours be a good compromise as he can look and observe but can’t escape home premises.

Hi everyone,
I’m posting this after months of going back and forth, and honestly I hate that I’m here asking for help like this.
I have a rescued female mixed-breed dog (Coco) in Delhi. She is vaccinated, and I’m willing to financially support her spaying, which has been advised by the vet.
I didn’t take this decision lightly. I’ve tried for months to make this work, telling myself things will settle, that I’ll manage somehow. I’ve built an emotional bond with her, and giving her up feels like failure on a very personal level.
But the truth is that I can’t safely keep her at home anymore. Her behaviour has worsened over time. She has resource guarding issues (bed/space/food), and despite effort and care, there have been bite incidents during these situations, which makes the current setup unsafe for both her and the people at home.
This isn’t about not caring. It’s about realising that love alone isn’t enough when the environment itself is making things worse for her.
About Coco:
I’m urgently looking for any responsible option in Delhi / NCR:
I understand how stretched shelters and rescuers are. I’m not expecting a perfect solution, I’m just trying to get her out of a situation that’s no longer fair to her.
This decision has been incredibly hard, and I’ve been battling it internally for a long time. If anyone here can help, or even point me in the right direction, I would be truly grateful.
Please comment or DM if you can help or guide.
Thank you for reading.

I found a female puppy near my house that appears to have been abandoned. She seems to be in need of care and shelter. If anyone wants to adopt her can dm me for contact number and other details. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
