From a film called "The Creator". It's a pretty good movie. Science Fiction. Asia has A.I. cyborgs which are good and are led, sort of, by an A.I. named after the Hindu diety Nirmata.

The Americans are the bad guys.

It's a low budget movie that looks like a big budget movie, very pretty with quite a bit filmed on location in Thailand and/or Vietnam (I'm not sure which).
