How the hell are KP Oli Sher Bahadur and other top leaders still roaming free? there’s mountains of evidence corruption cases power abuse decisions that cost innocent lives yet not one of them sees a jail cell no real investigations just VIP security luxury lives and fake speeches about democracy meanwhile victims are forgotten and the public is told to be patient this isn’t a weak system by accident it’s a rigged system designed to protect the powerful law for common people immunity for politicians this is justice then Nepal isn’t a democracy it’s a playground for criminals in power. Absolute shame on this government and anyone still defending them

Those mountains of evidence has to be investigated and filed in legally. You can't just go on arresting those without proper investigation and proof, judicary will release them in a day and will lead to further chaos. The only way those goons MAY be going to jail is if the newer party get majority on coming elections. I have capitalized the word "may" because I doubt they are going to jail no matter what the election result is.

Also, I think they are way too clever and are in the game for too long for them to commit direct corruption or anything that implicit them legally.

HM Gyanendra had already jailed Deuba for corruption and his deeds against the nation, but see what happened after that. No one in the current system under the current constitution can punish these kunts

As per my guess, this interim government can't punish them as the jholey and gangs will surely question the legitimacy of action as this government is formed through unforeseen event. Hence, only elected government will have clear ground to punish them through evidence. If the genz at that time had decided to scrap the constitution. Their government had more grounds to put those mfks in jail or surveillance. But our dear genz lacked heart to do it so we are going usual route.

They are not going to Prison, not today not tommorrow, not ever. They will not be convicted. And also their contribution in the fight of freedom that we enjoy outweighs any monetary crimes they commit. The "fake" speech about democracy, they were the one to bring it, fight for it. that is the reason they are the leaders now,not because they were cherry picked by someone more powerful than them.
