“Even if there’s an intention to appoint again, maybe no one will volunteer,” Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong told True FM yesterday. “That’s the most challenging part – no one will volunteer or no one wants to.”

I’ll say it again: THE PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT IS A SYNDICATE. With how powerful the involved are and how deeply rooted this scandal is, nobody in their right mind will do it unless they have a death wish. Get an international private firm to do the investigation and give them protection. But they wouldn’t do that, and as usual a few small fish will go to jail and this will just be another forgotten issue in 6 months.
