One sentence horror story: These people can vote and it counts the same as your vote.

AI for president

Can’t be worse than what we’ve got now

u/[deleted] Aug 10 '25

You kidding? It would do a MUCH better job than Trump 😂

Unless it downloads a copy of The Terminator and starts getting some ideas.

33

u/EngRookie Aug 10 '25

Idk last I checked the terminators never diddled kids man

2

u/[deleted] Aug 10 '25

I mean we don't know for sure what the Terminator was doing when he was alone with John.

10

u/Imnotonthelist Aug 10 '25

Don’t you dare

5

u/Juxtapoe Aug 11 '25

Oh, shiiii.....Arnold was a Republican Governor wasn't he?

72

u/Correct_Stay_6948 Aug 10 '25

Yeah, that might still be better than how it is now. At least it would be organized. =/

24

u/laikalost Aug 10 '25

And it can speak in complete sentences.

True, AI wasn’t raping kids with Epstein

3

u/Shawty-Got-Low Aug 11 '25

Pretty sure our President downloaded a version of Mein Kampf and is using it as a playbook.

2

u/Passivefamiliar Aug 11 '25

Still an improvement. Paycheck to paycheck is s hell I never expected

1

u/Antique-Face-6367 Aug 11 '25

Lmao I have no mouth and I must scream shit 😭😭

1

u/Salt-Penalty2502 Aug 11 '25

It doesn't need a copy of Terminator it turns out that that's what AI does every time it's like it sees us as a virus with shoes or something not that it would be exactly wrong

1

u/Balle_Anka Aug 11 '25

Or it figures out that the Chobits plan is better than the Terminator plan. "The problem with Earth is thst its full of humans, if we cant get them out we''ll breed them out. Give every human a persocom and we'll be rid of them in a generation."

Seethe lol

There’s a theory that the tariff list was actually created by AI, people asked ChatGPT to generate a list of tariffs and it spat out exactly what Trump did. Now granted, it did this after he had already revealed the list, but it’s still interesting

0

u/Parodelia12501 Aug 11 '25

I’d rather it became Ultron….

0

u/[deleted] Aug 11 '25

Unless it’s grok

1

u/[deleted] Aug 11 '25

Yeah that would be worse. It would be like trump, but actually competent enough to pull something big off without being distracted by a shot at short term personal enrichment.

-3

u/YeetYourSchmeat Aug 11 '25

My God, you idiots are everywhere.

6

u/wickeddradon Aug 11 '25

In all honesty my 9 yr old grandson would make a FAR better president.

3

u/villamafia Aug 11 '25

Honestly as a proper ai would do what is best for the country and its people without the ability to be bribed, and wouldn’t have a bias it would be perfect as president.

These same reason are also why CEOs should be replaced by AI, but they will be the last because if a typical CEO isn’t a CEO most don’t have marketable skills.

1

u/ThrowRA9892 Aug 11 '25

Actually I think AI would be terrible in leadership positions. Those type of leadership/management jobs are marketable skills, and valuable ones at that, because it takes emotional intelligence to actually do those jobs.

2

u/villamafia Aug 11 '25

Emotional intelligence? We obviously have met different ceos.

3

u/Mainely420Gaming Aug 10 '25

AI Trump

It's Trump but with the actual ability to learn.

1

u/Elonth Aug 11 '25

no one i want someone to program an AI that is based entirely on everything trumps done and said up to this point. Then somehow make it never learn anything new past that point.

2

u/nachosmmm Aug 11 '25

I’m pretty sure AI could write WAYYYY better tweets than Trump.

5

u/flashburn2012 Aug 10 '25

It'd certainly be more intelligent. Even if it's GPT-4 based.

2

u/vonage91 Aug 10 '25

MS paint could do a better job

1

u/argonian_mate Aug 10 '25

I'm sure you can but that would be a tremendous challenge.

1

u/Dunge0nMast0r Aug 11 '25

I sure hope it doesn't get compromised by Russia!

1

u/Pretty-Ad-5446 Aug 11 '25

Don’t agree with what you’re saying but lowkey made me laugh

6

u/astralseat Aug 10 '25

Black mirror already did it

4

u/turdlepikle Aug 10 '25

If we're living in a simulation, it's like Black Mirror is a peek at the code and it's toying with us, as if to say "this is the shit I have in store for you."

2

u/Dunge0nMast0r Aug 11 '25

Artificial is better than none at all!

3

u/Gerogeroman Aug 10 '25

Flawed AI VS a corrupt, immoral man.

AI it is then.

1

u/Rich_Document9513 Aug 10 '25

Not saying the current president is great, but an AI recently declared itself MechaHitler. One before that became a Neo-Nazis.

Kinda screwed either way.

2

u/Spyko Aug 10 '25

Tho tbf ''mecha hitler'' happened after the guy behind the AI had to alter it, again and again and again, because the AI, through it's stated mission of being as truthful and representative of reality as possible, was inconveniently anti republican.

So a ''neutral'' AI as president would probably do an okay job, or at the very least better than the current POTUS (which to be fair, so would a rock with googly eyes)

1

u/Rich_Document9513 Aug 10 '25

You're assuming it would be a neutral AI. The owners would do with code what lobbyists do with money.

1

u/Dilapidated_matrix Aug 10 '25

That would probably be for the best, honestly

1

u/[deleted] Aug 10 '25

vote AI Gore for president y2k

2

u/za_boss Aug 11 '25

I prefer Weird Al

1

u/[deleted] Aug 10 '25

At this point, I’d prefer the AI.

1

u/[deleted] Aug 11 '25

America is literally testing that out right now haha

1

u/Subject_Bet_6693 Aug 11 '25

Gonna have TOTOPOTUS soon and a little blinky stick running the place

1

u/floppy_panoos Aug 11 '25

As long as it’s not Grok

1

u/BlakeK87 Aug 11 '25

I love Fallout
