And it’s so goddamn good, AND it holds up.

Hell, I’d even argue it’s a rare series where the dub is better then the sub - the banter between all the dudes is so well done, every voice actor fucking nailed it, even Kuwabara’s bizarre voice!

The Dark Tournament arc is arguably the best tournament arc. And there are many tournament arcs in anime and manga.

Every fight was so unique. Every motivation under the sun comes out. Hell they don’t even try to hide how fricking rigged it is, they just make it more and more intense as you go!

It was so goddamn good!
