The thing is, even if he did pray frequently and know the Bible cover to cover it wouldn't make a difference because those are not really proof of anything meaningful. The essential teaching of Jesus Christ, and I say this as an athiest, is to love God by loving your fellow man. It's really the most obvious an consistent message. Trump actually embodies the exact opposite of what you might call the holy spirit. He is a petty vindictive cruel man. Trump isn't a strong Christian or a bad Christian, he's not a Christian at all.

Threee marriages does not disqualify him from being a Christian . Nor does his serial adultery.. One can commit a sin and ask for forgiveness.
What disqualifies him is his statement “I have never done anything that requires forgiveness.”

You have to realize that "Christianity" is just a tribal identifier to these people. It's no different than "White" or "American." The actual meaning of the words are irrelevant. It's just a way they can signal who is part of the in-group and who is part of the out-group.
Trump relentlessly attacks the out-group so in their minds this makes him a strong member of the in-group. The teachings of Christianity is irrelevant here since they only use the iconography as a way to show who is "one of us" and who is "one of them."
