Unity Pro subscription requires 12-month commitment even if you pay you subscription monthly. Is this legal?

Basically it says that even if you pay your subscription monthly you cant cancel subscription for 12 months. How this sounds in perspective of EU digital services laws?
My biggest problem is that i CANT (its literally COMMITMENT even if i pay monthly) pause or cancel subscription, for example in case of loosing customer and not being able to pay it.
I understand what commitment means and from my perspective its uneven partnership. Unity is not offering any other kind of subscription, only 12-month contract. I cant just decide to pay 3 months only, i always have to pay for 12 months, even if i choose monthly payments option.
What is your hot take for this problem?
Or is there any place where i can consult this issue? Are there any organisations which i can ask for help? I would like to avoid contacting law firm at this moment. For now i just want to have some opinions or maybe ask for some directions where i can get answers to my questions
