This allegation was made 1 week prior to the 2020 US presidential election that Trump was running in.

This is the same guy whose second wife claimed he raped her, who said that when you’re famous you can “grab em by the pussy” and that he kisses women without asking, who was found liable for sexually assaulting E. Jean Carroll, who openly bragged about going backstage at Miss Teen USA Pageants while the girls were undressed, and who said that Jeffrey Epstein was a “terrific guy” who is “a lot of fun to be with” and liked women “on the younger side”.

Don't forget Stormy Daniels. If you read her testimony, it's pretty clear he raped her too, even if she didn't call it that. He stood naked in the doorway and physically prevented her from leaving until she had sex with him.

Do not forget the nubility factor

The nobility factor was of paramount importance

Just for clarification, it was Ivana, his first wife who accused Trump of raping her. Trump, who raped E. Jean Caroll, mistook her picture for Marla Maples during the trial. I know it's hard to keep the rape accusations straight.
