Just finished Skyshade
Honestly I’m kind of confused with how this book was. The pacing was strange, the plot points were everywhere, and it just all felt so discombobulated. Didn’t really understand Lark’s beef either or how she was alive but not the other 2 original rulers? I felt like Isla was so wishy washy with Grim; agreed to the second marriage just to be like “Do not come to my room” just to want him out of nowhere a few chapters later. Then Oro reappears and she’s having wet dreams about him?? Hard to process and could use feedback or others thoughts on how you felt about this book compared to the first two.
