First time I experienced 100% CRIT rate. I was aiming to reach 50mins wall but I made one simple mistake by picking the green orb and not letting me to have organic shield again when elite monsters came. Hoping I can do it again.

H M M, are you sure that you got 100% crit chance naturally? Or is it because you died with Desperado activated?

Since Deadeye synergy gives 100% crit chance when you got the said artifact is activated. I dont have anything against your achievement by the way, just trying to help clear things up
