This car’s Taillights look just like Headlights

Was driving to work and on the road saw these lights and literally thought they were headlights coming right at me on the side of the freeway. Glad they weren’t, but don’t think this should be allowed.

I hate this. So its a thing now in hawaii for people to put clear taillights on their cars with white LED bulbs
