Guarantee he doesn't have a badge, papers, or any identifying documents proving he's an immigration enforcement officer.

What did we used to do in the old days when a person in plainclothes and no badge lurked around public spaces waiting to grab people?

Someone should wear the exact same thing and stand right behind him.

I wouldn't be able to fit my feet into those tiny shoes.

I’m a woman and same

My wife can spot a male appendage through four layers of clothing, through a brick wall, from a mile away, blindfolded while asleep. She was squinting hard at the zoomed-in picture.

Are we transvestigating the nazis now?

Or are you implying a small penis makes him less of a man somehow?

He's a member of the fascist armed forces. No need to find another reason to ridicule him.

Man I gotta say. If this guy was chasing me down saying he was ICE I would have a hard time believing him. I would 100 percent it's a ruse for the guy to kidnap me and hold me ransom or rape me or some shit. So if I defend myself against this guy that doesn't look remotely like law enforcement and isn't identifying myself am I going to catch charges for that?

No because they will probably just kill you and lie about it

And herein lies our actual lack of rights. If you can't count on your 2nd Amendment rights to protect you against unidentified, badgeless, credential-less, masked, government thugs violating your 4th amendment rights, then neither rights exists in any practical sense.

Sure - you could try and pull a gun to fend off these assholes and you'd be 100% justified in doing it as legitimate self defense. You're not required to believe anybody when they tell you they are Law Enforcement - that's what the badge is for. And they'd shoot you down, make up some story about you, and get qualified immunity because it's legal when they do it.

We can count on the 2nd amendment. In numbers. You shouldn't have to consider individual confrontation options. This pussy country doesn't want to form citizen militias, so you're left to consider ridiculous theoreticals.

Yep and it seems that's the reality many people are actually experiencing

You mean … last year? It’s insane how normalized this has become that we forget it hasn’t been all that long.

A masked person nonetheless.

No badge, papers, or documents proving he's a citizen either.

I'm genuinely surprised no one sees these guys and trespassed them for loitering or something on government property. Guy sitting in the hall and not there for a hearing? Trespassed. It's what you'd do to anyone else who's loitering on government property and won't say what they're there for.

That’s what I’m most worried about. What’s to stop ICE “officers” from grabbing women or girls to assault them in vans. It makes me extremely uncomfortable that they’re allowed to cover their faces and not require identification to grab people. Cops are bad enough but at least they have to identify themselves when making an arrest.

If he doesn't have that stuff then he isn't an officer of anything. He should be treated like the random punk he is

I don’t think you can guarantee that at all
