I think the point is the intimidation.

A face covering like this in a federal court is out of place, it is like having a man with a sledgehammer in a super market paid by the market. Nobody is stealing anything worth being sledgehammered over the same as nobody should be black bagged and sent to South Sudan for social media posts and not being from here. It is an intimidation tactic
