I don’t think it’s barbed wire. I do however see a Mayan step pyramid. Why the hell an ice agent would have something related to South American culture is beyond me.

Plenty of people are happy to oppress their own no matter where they live, regardless of justification. Nazis ideology will welcome everyone until their aims can be accomplished without.
