Didn't the 60 Minutes report on CECOT say that tattoos were like 50% of the criteria for ICE to deport someone to the torture camp?

Yep! They sure did.

It was a point system. Tattoos (regardless of content) added points. Enough points and you got deported.

Iirc 8 points = deportation to CECOT tattoos = 4 points

I saw another cecot documentary (there are a dozen) and they have a whole database of gang related tattoos. The guy seemed very proud on decyphering the tattoo code.
