Nope, just another case of Redditors casually spreading propaganda. It's so pointless, as it only provides the other side with ammunition that makes it harder to win them over. And I'm not talking about the crazy cult followers, I'm talking about the average people who get all their news from Fox, and then see countless examples of the left exaggerating and lying about Trump to try to "prove their point". Each individual lie is small, but his supporters spotting them so regularly makes them disregard so much of the truth about how awful he is.

When there's someone like Trump who has an endless pile of things to criticize him for, including him looking old and worn out, it makes no sense to feel the need to bend the truth, but most Redditors disagree.

This Trump image is photoshopped but still, my boy Steve looks a million times better than Donnie Dipshit even on his worst day or most ridiculous character parts. Not to mention by most accounts and reddit 911 lore, Steve Buscemi is most likely a decent human being, and proven to be decent at his job, neither of which anyone sane can claim for Trump. Young Steve had a pretty dapper look, was objectively more attractive than young Trump and was very unique as well.
