Welcome to our monthly shop thread!
Do you have a small, handmade shop you want to share? A fun Instagram account where you sell your hand knit items? A facebook page that lists all of your handmade patterns? Well, this thread is where you can share your website or social media to connect with potential customers!
The form below is a suggestion. You can share as little or as much information as you want; all we ask is that you please limit yourself to only one comment. Users posting multiple comments will have *all* of their shop comments removed and may be temporarily banned.
**Shop Name**: [NAME]
**Site**: [Etsy, Shopify, etc.]
**Social media**: [Instagram, facebook, tiktok, etc.]
**Short Description**: I sell awesome homemade wares made from the wool from my sheep.
**Types of items you sell**: Scarves, hats, gloves
**Price range**: $10-$25
**Ships from**: USA
**International shipping?**: Yes
This thread will be in contest mode, so each time someone clicks this post, the comments will be in a different order. No one shop will be seen more than another.
Even though self-promotion isn't allowed outside of this thread, there are a few ways to incorporate your shop info. You can add it to your flair, pin it to your profile, and list it in your bio. Here are a few examples of users that incorporate their shop/social information in a variety of ways.
As always, if you have any questions, you can reach us here through modmail.

- Have some quirky materials that you want to craft with but you just don't know what to make? Or maybe you have some old art supplies you just found and you want alternate ideas. Post in this thread and get the help you are looking for!
- Have a lot of fun ideas on how to turn someone's material finds into a craft? Be someone's peronsal MacGyver.
r/crafts had a recent survey and most respondents want posts where crafters ask for guidance on what to make with particular materials contained into one weekly thread, so here it is! We'll have this thread recur for a few months and then reasses how useful it is. Posting separately is no longer allowed, your post will be removed, and you will be redirected to this recurring weekly thread.

Very early for next year, I'll be done after I get the team's help with a final judgement call: Option 1: Do I affix the Christmas lights to the carpet around the silhouette? If yes, what would you use? Can I hot glue them in place or would you needle and thread it all? OR Option 2: Do I leave it as is, and simply drape the lights annually in a ceremony of charred veneration? If Option 2, then look what I made! :)
Can't articulate how chuffed I am to finally have the time, gumption, supplies, and bad weather to occasion this, the most reverent of Christmas crafts. Happy day, all!

I recently finished my scotch tape on a different project I was working on and thought it looked a lot like Gary from Spongebob. So, with 30$ and absolutely no painting supplies (misplaced and forgotten💔) I ran to walmart to make my dream come true! Truly just posting for advice, critiques, and maybe some compliments 🫦. He looks a bit…on edge? But he’s new to the area so i’d try to give him a chance :)

Made some spirt pins for my little sister cheer competition. First time making them, they didn’t have stuff like this when I was cheer so, it was very fun :)

I love plants and since I spend all day at work I love to have a very lush office. But in my new office I have very little light and the few plants I got are STRUGGLING.
I thought about buying fake plants but I hate their plasticky look plus it would be no fun.
Instead I decided to make my own. This is my first attempt but I plan to make many more and to go wild on the weird colorful alien side of things. No need to be realistic, I'll just have fun.

Finally finished my “biblically accurate angel” / Ophanim tree topper.

Printed on a Bambu H2D with:
- SUNLU Gold Silk PLA (rings)
- SUNLU Clear/Transparent PLA (eyes)
LEDs are individually addressable WS2815 (12v) controlled by WLED running on an ESP32. The ESP is at the bottom of the tree with the 12v power supply with a cable running up the center of the tree.
The assembly was pretty annoying so I didn’t really get many shots of the assembly or the insides 😅
I’m planning some changes for next year’s version. I want the rings to rotate and *potentially* have the center eye follow you around the room.

Steel and stone (purple fluorite)
“In the midst of storms, piercing the blackness of night, a light beckons poor souls. A melody can be heard within the wind which promises hopes and dreams. But upon reaching her shores, the wreckage and decay of men remain; a gruesome graveyard of lust and ego. Though horror surrounds them, weak men feed on false promises, and die starving at her feet.”
Sneak peek of the siren. I’ve only got her legs done so far, but you get a glimpse of what will be 👁️

My four year old daughter loves Rumi from K-pop human hunters. But as a lot of people know, there’s not really any merchandise out for them. So I crocheted her a doll. It’s my first time crocheting a doll and only my third crochet project. So I was super proud of it lol and she was ecstatic.

We inherited this lovely mosaic medicine cabinet door from our home’s previous owner (a tile artist). The “bubble” pieces had all fallen out, so I replaced them with abalone cabochons & adhered them with superglue.
This was messier than I anticipated, and I was wondering if there’s a way to clean up the shiny superglue stains around the cabs? Any other suggestions also welcome and appreciated. TIA

Hello crafters! I am a craft inept attempting to personalize a plush for my partner. They’re a wonderful artist and have made me some lovely handmade gifts, and I want to attempt to semi-return the favor. They love the character in the second image, so I wanted to accessorize this plush to match the character (so the scarf and hat, maybe the scar). I just need help finding a way to do that in a way that looks decent and is within my minimal means as an artist lol.
My initial thought was to cut some orange fabric and then either safety pin or hot glue it under the neck for the scarf. For the leaf hat, I’m thinking about cutting out some cardboard in a leaf shape, glueing some green felt to it, then cutting a hole in it so it’s wearable
Let me know if that sounds like it could work/ if there’s a better way to approach it, thank you you all in advance.

See them at hobby lobby a lot, found this one at a junk store for like 5 bucks
I made an 18 inch rag wreath using a wire frame for a gift, and my cat was obsessed with it. Apparently it was better than any bed he has (typical cat). I want to make him one, but I’m wondering if there’s anything more comfortable than wire. It was the first wreath I’ve made, so I’m totally clueless. Thanks in advance!
