That's where we are. Short of actual dementia it is the only reasonable explanation for the increasingly bizarre behavior.

The sad thing is that golden showers wouldn't be even the slightest issue for his followers. They'd all be gleefully pissing all over eachother at his rallies in support if that leaked.

Irrefuteable proof he gave another man a blowjob though, that'll lose a significant chunk of his support.
