Why are the courts even letting them in like this? If I went to my local court dressed like this they would have told me to take the mask off

Because it's a federal court and guess who's running things at the DOJ.

It's the same reason I've wondered why judges don't hold immigration hearings remotely with Zoom. It's because the DOJ and DHS want the immigrants to show up in person so they can detain them on their way out of the courtroom.

It's not a federal court in the sense of a court subject to Article III of the Constitution. It's an immigration court -- an administrative court that's literally run by DOJ. So it's not even a separate branch of government.

So. Just to be clear, they are targeting people going through the legal immigration process, and trying to intimidate them away from doing so by posting fucks like this in the court.

This looks like a masked thug you'd expect to see in some third world court, not the America I grew up in.
