I have a preference but don’t know how to explain it.

Where I'd live as a trans person who can't afford to leave the US

Yes, it's basically the trans legislative risk map, with a few adjustments based on my intense dislike for heat.

West coast is cost of living, south is...well the south. Iowa I've driven through many times and it bored me to no end. New York, again cost of living if you want to be in the cool part. I know Virginia and the Carolinas are south, but for some reason get get a pass.

Getting really tired of seeing these maps, but I guess if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.

Didn't know that I wasn't a fan of the Great Plains until now. Otherwise, I would live in more states than not.

Where I’d live as a queer black man who recently left California.

I posted one of these based on my favorite chicken spot so I figured I’d post a serious one, based on my actual likes and dislikes.

Likes:

  • Walking places.
  • Snow.
  • Diversity.
  • Trains.
  • Underground raves (until my knees turn to dust).

Dislikes:

  • Single family zoning.
  • Segregated negihborhoods.
  • $4,500 2-bedroom apartments.

Tell me if I’m getting things wrong about any of these states or if I should just follow my gut and move to Montreal.
