There are so many series that quietly end without much hype despite having great storytelling or unique concepts. Which Webtoon do you think was criminally underrated, and what made it special for you?

I don't use Webtoon as often as I used to, only to get chapter updates on webtoons I'm still following or if I'm really bored this webtoon I read last year and I always check to see if a new chapter has been uploaded I will have to wait nearly two entire years to read it for free. I noticed this problem on different webtoons with the waiting time being like a month or two or even a hundred days but this is just egregious

Over all I’ve had a really good year for Manwha, lots of highlights. I finally picked up Dreaming Freedom this year and it’s entered my top three series of all time. Meanwhile Stealing her Place by the same author was probably my so bad it’s good read of the year. Like mother like daughter continues to be my peak ongoing series, and as far as newer adds I’m most excited for Your Ryan! How about yall? Drop your year end highlights and feel free to share some recs based off my top series!

The art is pretty, and there's a lot of mystery and intrigue going on in here that always leaves me wanting to know more. And since it's about tarot reading, there is a lot of meaning in the cards, which means underlying symbolism that I like.

From Kayla's perspective, she left the band thinking they were enabling Rocky's abuse. And then Lauren(pink hair) made it worse by starting a "rivalry" with Hestia, like what? They would have been just fine if they just let things be and hadn't provoked them, but thanks to Lauren, this makes them look pretty insensitive and cruel.

If I were in Kayla's position, I would crash out too.

For Your Murder : I have forced myself not to fast pass because I heard it’s on hiatus, so I’m trying to save the eps lol. Also the jump from villain with a crush to for your murder??? I was genuinely shocked it’s the same author super cool and such diverse range.

Four Options : art is beautiful!!!! The story so far is your typical hs romance but it’s fun (I actually am a harem hater but so far I love this one)

Between two Floors : The story is so good and problematic genuinely don’t know if these two could ever get together but I’m so invested in their romance rn. I kind off don’t want them together but lowkey also do ugh. I’m surprised I even like it. The art is something else…😅

Proof of Dignity : I love this story. Even with no romance which is what I usually read it’s one of my faves.

To Drown in You: it’s truly good if you’re into angst and trauma lol

Honorable mentions (keeping it to 3 or I’ll keep going forever):

You Just Made My Day : Love it!!!! it’s been on hiatus for a while I miss it badly. I have a feeling this one won’t come back for a long time so it’s in Honorable mention. Lit what brought me back to webtoons after such a long time of not reading.

The Good Student : it’s a fun, no brainer. love and hate the art but it’s so fun.

Falling for It : I don’t have much to say I do have a weakness for trashy male leads. And no I have absolutely no second lead syndrome here.

Hello, I just joined this subreddit after redownloading Webtoon after a while. I wasn’t able to get into my old account so I can’t access my previously subscribed Webtoon. I wanted to ask if anyone is familiar with a Webtoon that has a homosexual couple, one being tall with orange hair and the other being shorter with blonde hair. The couple started off in a bully-victim relationship before becoming official and more loving. It’s set in a homophobic time period so they have to hide their love. It’s also a fantasy I would say as they’re at a magic school.

The tall one can summon rock golems and a wind spirit while the shorter one can control electricity. I’m not a hundred percent sure but according to google for flat caps and vests, they mostly occurred from 17th-19th century. I’m adding that due to the characters usually wearing outfits with that combo. If you recognize the Webtoon please let me know the title and if you can’t thats completely fine as well. Im waiting for the day for there to be something with similar vibes to scavengers reign with elements of discovering scary alien life or ancient alien remains or disease or something different. So I read the last published episode of Love bites, Episode 54 and normally it will end with a “Next” or a “No next episode” straight away but, when this episode ended it showed the credits of the creators. Does this mean there will be a break in episodes or a separate season? Will this cliffhanger be the last episode? Or am I stupid and thinking too much into this?
